Aleesha is a pro female bodybuilder that has gained fame in the last quarter of a decade. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 into a sporting family. Her father took part in bodybuilding as did her siblings and brothers. were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha played softball, soccer as well as basketball until she started bodybuilding at the age of fifteen. Aleesha received her professional card for winning at the NPC USA Championships 2014 But she first started in the year 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro at which she ninth. Her 2015 finish was 9th. In 2015 and 2016, Aleesha came in at 6th at her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has steadily progressed and was able to take home her first pro title, the Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha was the top show at WOS's Rising Phoenix, where she was 4th overall in 2020. In spite of this, "Worlds strongest mom" had a brief time off from bodybuilding because of health concerns.
